Cisco Wireless LAN Controller w/ ASA acting as DHCP server

Once DHCP Proxy is enabled to allow the WLC to do DHCP for some IP scopes, the ASA that serves DHCP to the guest network no longer responds to DHCP requests.

This is because an ASA won't repond to unicast dhcp request(unless there is a way to configure it that I'm not aware of), so you need to disable proxy on wlc.

On the WLC Navigate to Controller / Advanced / DHCP and disable DHCP Proxy.

Here is some helpful information for that.
